My Bio
It's very quiet where I live (the outskirts of Johannesburg), which makes it the perfect environment for concentration.. Sometimes too much ;)
My skills are varied, the main ones are writing, programming and "mathy" stuff. I enjoy rigging things in Maya, be it character or whatever. Drawing is something I've always been bad at, but now I can finally improve on it thanks to like-minded friends and DeviantArt.
I am a Lecturer at Learn 3D, where I lead the Games course. I teach programming and game theory.
Most of my time is spent on the job and the rest of the time I juggle my time between family, preparing classes, improving my skills as I see fit and, of cours, friends (without whom I would not survive!).

So plans don't work out sometimes, big surprise :)
I haven't gotten around to all the things I would have liked to do, but
I am still going to do it, this year just hasn't been kind to me. I also
just realized that this is my first update in two months... Whoops >.>
My personal life has calmed down a bit, so I've finally been able to enter
my favorite state of mind, which is a calm-almost-zen-like state. This
means that my focus has almost completely been restored!
I haven't been drawing unfortunately :( I still have two characters in
mind that I HAVE to design at some point.. One day :)
For now programming takes up all my time.

And first up is my DA page, it needed some attention.
I don't know if I should change my avatar though.. I like it.. But it's old..
Next! Need to relearn some maths! 'Coz I need to learn how to program a
proper physics system (in 2D). Gonna be hard, but I'm ready!
Next up is designing a character, I already have a pretty good idea in mind..
Finally, I want to put a lot of work into the paper I'm writing, I'm a little stuck
and need to do some more research!
So, lots of drawing/writing/programming for me these next few weeks, I'm excited!

So, I'm on holiday!
Now I'll finally have the time to sit down and get some personal projects done!
But before I get started, there is an issue that needs attention.
The following section has been copy/pasted from Kitty-Cat-Angel's Journal:
"There is a person on Facebook that has created a page where she uploads other people's artwork and puts her own name on it. She has easily over 2000 stolen pieces on there. We have approached her to take it down ('we' meaning many Facebook users and some of the original artists) and she just deletes the comments and blocks the commenter.
